65% OF ROOF BLEW OFF 2/2/2019 – REPLACED MID-MARCH – AFTER WEEKS OF UNMITIGATED WATER POURING IN FROM MULTIPLE STORMS – RAIN AND SNOW, WITH ONLY PAINTERS’ -LIKE PLASTIC HELD IN PLACE BY BAGS OF DIRT, SHUFFLED PERIODICALLY AFTER EACH STORM. : (
WATER CONTINUED TO POUR INTO THE HOUSE THRU LIGHT FIXTURES, DOOR JAMS AND ANY WAY IT COULD GET IN.
SECOND DEMO, 90% OF HOUSE, 2/2020 — AFTER EXTREME TOXIC EXPOSURE
WHO YA GONNA CALL WHEN STATE FARM SAYS THEY HANDLED THE CLAIM CORRECTLY…. BY DISPATCHING THEIR PREFERRED VENDORS, WHO REPORTED DIRECTLY TO AND NEGOTIATED DIRECTLY WITH THE ARIZONA CLAIMS ADJUSTER… WHO APPARENTLY APPROVED A 40 DAY DELAY IN ROOF REPLACEMENT, DESPITE FRANTIC ALERTS FROM POLICYHOLDER, BEGGING FOR AUTHORIZATION TO REPLACE THE ASSIGNED PREFERRED VENDORS FOR OVER 30 DAYS….
RAIN AND SNOW POURED INTO THE INTERIOR FOR WEEKS OF STORMS…. WITH ONLY A PAINTER’S PLASTIC QUALITY “TARP” ALLEGEDLY PLACED TO STOP THE WATER INTRUSION.

SPECIES OF MOLD REPORTED SUBSEQUENT TO AEG ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING ORDERED AND SECURED DIRECTLY BY THE STATE FARM ARIZONA DESK ADJUSTER IN MARCH 2019, after SERVPRO had offered, in writing, to obtain a report to authorize buildback (knowing full well that the roof had not yet been replaced and no apparent remediation took place.) ServPro had originally ordered and secured “Asbestos Testing” directly with AEG with State Farm adjuster approval. Plaintiff was not involved in the Adjuster/Vendor negotiations or instructions until problems became evident and the damages had escalated.
STATE FARM PREFERRED VENDOR, AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP, WAS DISPATCHED TO THE PROPERTY BY THE STATE FARM ADJUSTER IN MARCH 2019. ONLY 3 ROOMS WERE TESTED AND THE PROPERTY WAS DEEMED TO BE READY FOR BUILD BACK. THIS WAS NOT DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCEPTED PROTOCOLS, AND WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THE ENTIRE HOME HAD WEEKS OF UNMITIGATED WATER DAMAGE AND DRY WALL AND INSULATION SATURATION. IT IS A 6 ROOM HOUSE PLUS GARAGE (where unremediated household goods were stored in used remediation company boxes from mid-February 2019 through the end of June 2019.
AMERICAN ENVIRONMENTAL GROUP WAS CONTACTED DIRECTLY BY THE PROPERTY OWNER IN AUGUST 2019, WITH CONSENT, PERMISSION AND AUTHORIZATION FROM STATE FARM, FOR A FULL AND COMPLETE HOUSE AND GARAGE AIR QUALITY INSPECTION, AT INSURED’S EXPENSE.
THE RESULTS SUGGEST GROSS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE AND POSSIBLE INSURANCE FRAUD AS THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND GARAGE WERE DEEMED TO BE “unacceptable*” WITHOUT REFERENCE TO KNOWN IDENTIFIED WATER DAMAGED WALLS THAT HAD NOT BEEN REMEDIATED. NO PROTOCOL WAS RECOMMENDED UNTIL PROPERTY OWNER DISCUSSED THE DANGERS OF UNMITIGATED WATER DAMAGE. THE REPORT WAS REVISED TO SUGGEST ‘ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENIST HEPA LEVEL CLEANING. THIS ACTION SEEMS TO SERVE IN A COVER UP CAPACITY FOR NEGLIGENCE OF THEIR FIRST MARCH 2019 REPORT, AND FURTHER COLLUSION IN COVERUP OF THE OBVIOUS DAMAGE IN THE AUGUST 2019 REPORT.
ANOTHER VENDOR WITH PREFERRED VENDOR PROGRAM AFFILIATION WITH STATE FARM INSPECTED THE HOME BASED ON THE PROTOCOL AND SUBMITTED TO STATE FARM AN ESTIMATE OF APPROXIMATELY $10,000 FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANING; ALSO IGNORING THE OBVIOUS CAUSE OF HIGH TOXIC READINGS BEING THE KNOWN, IDENTIFIED UNDEMOLISHED AND UNMITIGATED WATER DAMAGE OF WALLS IN THE CIRCLES AREAS OF THE DIAGRAM.
